30-Day Return & Exchange Policy: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Store Credit After 30 Days: If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can still offer you store credit for the returned item. The store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at ysabella@revelationculture.com to begin the process. 
  2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ysabella@revelationculture.com with photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will provide further assistance.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized items
